I don't have anything to add but: 




My main keeper is akinfeev, got him for free. He's a god.



My reserve is joe hart who is always available for 1-2 mil after the first or second season.



My young keeper was silviu lung jr who costs about 200k at the beginning. He can become really great, ive posted a screenshot of him in another thread. Silviu got mad for no first team and sold him to ac milan who now  has him in 24/7. 



And i will also say that both lloris and frey are good keepers as well.

Adler , Reina , Neuer , Akinfeev , Frey are top.
(Casillas , Buffon , Reina , Valdes ,LLoris , Cech , Cesar wont come too easy, so its odd to mention them).

Frey is old , Reina wont come easy , so adler , neuer , akinfeev are the obvious choices .
But the 2 first demand champions league team in order to come.
Akinfeev is damn expensive , but if you push CSKA they will sell him to you in 13 M euros.

A class down: we have Oscar Ustari , Benaglio , Joe hart , Steve Mandanda , Ochoa , Wiese , Asenjo ...
And then we have Rubinho , Jaskelainen , De Sanctis and many others...

It depends on the team you have.
On the Napoli game i m currently playing at , seems im gonna go for both Hart and Ustari, cause Adler and Neuer wont come , for those two , it only comes down to champions league team ,or a big reputation, or maybe Akinfeev.

Also Milner what league? I'm guessing a top one.

Silviu Lung Jr does well for me more of a wonderkid tho. You might be able to get Tommy K from Man U for less that 11Mil.

With a bit of negotiation and unsettling through the press you MIGHT be able to snap up Diego Benaglio for £11m.
