There is no need to panic.

If I could, could I see your formation and tactics you use?

We need to see a screenshot of the team instructions mate, firstly change the MR and ML to either 'support' or 'automatic' not 'attack'.

You definitely don't need to sign players, the squad looks more than good enough tbh.

Well... That didn't tell a lot.

Could you post a picture of the tactic with the instructions on, the statistics from the last match and the fixtures?

I know, it's a lot but it might help to diagnose the problem.

Try this mate.
......Ashdown
Chambers..Shackell..Cathcart...ball
.....................stock........................
.........Gosling.......gibson...............
......................Kalou...................
.............Traore.....Cristaldo..........

Put traore as a target man and Cristaldo as a poacher. You also need a few new defenders and try to sign Macheda on loan or james Vaguan. The reason why you should use this formation is because your wide players arnt the best and you have 2/3 good center midfielders.

Is their condition always that bad by the way? Bad conditioned players perform very bad as well. I tend to switch them at about 75%ish

The screenshot is probably taken right after the match, I don't suppose that Doncaster would play that often to create that type of condition damage.

Looks like you've made a lot of changes, give the players time to gel.

I'm Portsmouth at the moment and I play a Narrow 4-1-2-1-2 just like Chelsea's at the moment, could once again post a screenshot of your transfers and your formation again? If you play a narrow 4-1-2-1-2 you will get more posession also when your playing a match for shout outs I normally select exploit the middle and move ball to box these are helping me wonders at the moment.
