Firstly, welcome
Secondly, I've seen it happen once and only once. It was Shaun Wright-Phillips but this was on FM08 (I think it was '08). I did find it strange at the time to be honest; I'd not done anything to make him change his favourite club.
It could be down to the club underachieving or him being unhappy in general. These stats are rated on points (out of 100), I think it's 75 to be a favourite (or something like that) and if it is a favourite club by a few digits (76 for example) and transfer listing a player makes them drop 4 points, he'd subsequently remove the team as his favourite.
I think if you looked into it, that Ribery's favourability for Bayern would be borderline and he's gradually lost a little favour for the club. Probably not a lot, but just enough for the statistic to drop below the required amount to make the club show as one of his favourites.
It happens with favourite players a lot too, I find. Probably the same reasoning as above.

Thanks for the welcoming
As for the post... ok i understand that he lost a favourite team, but can it happen that a player adds up a faourite club only by being on the shortlist of a manager for a long time? For example like in this case, ribery added juventus as a favorite club right after losing bayern and my friend claims he only had him on shortlist for a year and ribery was still at bayern when adding juventus. Because in my opinion being on a coach's shortlist (if this situation is possible at all) would make a player add the coach as favorite personnel not the team the coach is training...
If you know something on the matter it would be really helpful...

Was your friend Juventus? If he was tracking Ribery then he might be flattered by the interest and it would maybe be higher than his love for Bayern, so it replaces Bayern with Juventus.
You'll find that some players will respond better to these things than other players, so it won't happen all the time. But the more flattering you are to a player, the more he will like you and maybe your club too.
