New Football Manager 2010 Wonderkids Shortlist

Hi everyone I created 3 Football Manager 2010 Wonderkids Shortlist and they are Wonderkids under 16, Wonderkids under 18 and Wonderkids under 21. Some of the players that are in the shortlist are Khouma Babacar, Wellington Silva, Mario Balotelli, Rafael and Pato. 4-3-1-2 Formation

Hi All!
I have uploaded my tactic that I use for Football Manager 2010. The formation of the tactic is 4-3-1-2 and I mostly use it for attacking. I have been using this Tactic on my West Brom team in the first season of the Coca Cola Championship and so far I am unbeaten for 8 games plus I am on top of the league. I have scored 24 goals and only conceded 4 goals in 8 matches, also I won against Newcastle 4-0 and Middlesbrough 5-1 with this tactic.
